A Legacy of Craftsmanship

Jeff Haines' journey with wood began in his early teens when he first discovered his love for the cabinet shop. His fascination with the intricate process of woodworking quickly blossomed into a full-fledged passion. Upon graduating from high school, Jeff pursued his interest further by enrolling at SUNY Delhi, where he studied carpentry and cabinetmaking. This formal education provided him with a solid foundation in the principles and techniques of woodworking, shaping his skills and honing his eye for detail.

The Birth of Haines and Haines Inc.

In 1997, armed with a wealth of knowledge and a deep-seated passion for woodworking, Jeff established Haines and Haines Inc. This home remodeling and cabinet shop business, located in Central New York, quickly gained a reputation for excellence. For 23 years, Jeff and his dedicated team of employees have been crafting custom cabinets, bookcases, and furniture, as well as undertaking extensive home remodeling projects. Their commitment to quality and attention to detail has earned them the trust and admiration of countless clients in the region.

A Time of Reflection and Transformation

The spring of 2020 brought about a period of introspection for Jeff. Amid the global pause, he took the opportunity to reflect on his journey, both personally and professionally. It was during this time that he realized the true value of his work lay not just in the business, but in the people and relationships he had built over the years. This realization sparked a desire to reach beyond the local community and share his beautifully crafted wood creations with a wider audience.

The Birth of Creekside WoodWorks

Out of this time of reflection and renewed purpose, Creekside WoodWorks was born. This new brand represents a fresh chapter in Jeff's woodworking journey, with a focus on creating a diverse product line that can be shipped to customers nationwide. At Creekside WoodWorks, we believe in the power of handcrafted items to transform spaces and enhance lives. Every piece you see on our website and social media pages is meticulously handcrafted with pride, right here in the USA.
